Lifetime RTB (Return To Base) Warranty

This Warranty is non transferable.

The installation should be carried out by British Shipyards in accordance with the DuroWiper installation manual and signed off
by an authorised DuroWiper engineer.

The wiper system has three main units, a - Motor and Transfer Box.
b - Wiper Arm.
c - Control Panel.

If a problem occurs with any of the three units during the lifetime of the wiper, return the unit to ourselves for a free of charge
carriage paid replacement.

The unit must be returned before a replacement can be despatched.

This Warranty does not cover damage due to external forces, in these cases a charge will be made for the replacement or
repair of the unit, including carriage.

The Wiper Blades are not covered by the Warranty, as they are considered a consumable part and should be replaced in line
with your preventative maintenance programme.

If a unit has to be replaced, the Lifetime RTB Warranty remains unaffected.
