Because of the proven performance of DuroWipers we now offer a Free Lifetime Return To Base Warranty on our Panorama
Pantograph dURoWipers,quite simply this means that if you or your customer has wiper failure (not damaged), return the
dURoWiper to us and it will be replaced Free Of Charge. As blades are classed as a consumable they are excluded.
This offer is only available to the MOD and the RNLI, the reason being that the installation would be carried out by proficient
engineers which satisfies our criteria (we can offer our own installation service if required) and the fleet size of both
operations are large enough to monitor and ultimately financially benefit these organisations. It is reasonable to ask how we
can offer a free Lifetime RTB Warranty. Well dURoWipers have the only twin drive Pantgraphs in the world, all other
pantographs may have two shafts but only one is driven, this is achieved through our patented rotary Transfer Box, which
spreads the loads evenly from the motor. This rotary action is the major contributory factor to the smooth, quiet, non-
violent and reliable performance of the dURoWiper Pantograph. The Arms that compliment the system are predominately
made from AISI 316 Stainless Steel which has an inherent strength and anti-corrosive quality supported by self lubricating
bronze bearings at the articulation points.

All our Control Panels are manufactured by dURoWipers endevouring to compliment our customers ergonomic requirements.
The elimination of maintenance and down time gives enormous financial benefits to the customer.

Our Systems are split into three sections, Wiper Motor and Transfer Box, Arms and Control Panel, if a return becomes
necessary for anything other than obvious physical damage to any of the three sections then the complete unit must be
returned. We would not expect the customer to investigate the problem within the unit. A replacement unit would then be
despatched at no charge.
We realise the cost of maintaining wipers is escalating and this is where dURoWipers has a distinct advantage over the
competition.

Lifetime RTB Warranty Terms and Conditions

 

The R.N.L.I. have two training vessels which have been specifically equipped with Durowipers because of their durability and high performance.
These vessels will be used 24/7 to train new and existing R.N.L.I. staff for the difficult conditions they will encounter in their life saving experiences.
