The Class 90 utilises the 80Nm Bosch motor with a considerably
smaller transfer box than the Class 80, for applications
where space is limited.
This Wiper
has the unique Patented Twin
Drive Shafts and Rotary Mechanism for a smoother
more powerful stroke.
The
unique
stroke motion
ensures non-violent and quiet wiper action. Each stroke accelerates
and
decelerates giving blade and
arms a longerlife. To assist designers and ease installation problems the
Transfer
Boxes can be
assembled with the Motor attached at any angle at no extra
cost.
Our machines are fully enclosed in line
with European Safety Standards. 316
Stainless Steel is used
extensively in the manufacturing process
for
its strength
and anti-corrosive
qualities.
With quality as a priority our Wipers incorporate four Internal 'G' Seals and two
External
Seals to
combat
water ingress, up to ten Oilite Bearings. two Sealed Ball Bearings and
two Needle Bearings
to reduce
friction and increase longevity and
maintenance free performance.
Driven by a 24 Volt 1.5 Amp Bosch Class 80 Motor
with isolated earth, for proven
reliability.
For a further reduction in weight of 1.2 Kilo the Frame can be manufactured
from
Aluminium.
