where space and weight is limited but high performance is required. The Class 60 uses a
5mm frame
with two main drive bearings similar to the
Class 80. This gives
added strength for vessels combating
heavy water. This Wiper has the unique
Patented
Twin Drive Shafts and
Rotary Mechanism for a smoother more powerful
stroke. To assist designers and
ease installation
problems,
our Transfer
Boxes can be assembled with the Motor attached
at any
angle at no extra cost. The unique stroke motion ensures non-violent and
quiet wiper
action. Each stroke
accelerates
and
decelerates giving blades and arms a longer life. Our Wipers are fully enclosed
in line with
European
Safety
Standards.
316 Stainless Steel is used extensively in the manufacturing process for its anti-corrosive qualities and strength.
With quality
as a
priority our Wipers
incorporate 4 Internal G Seals
and two External Seal to combat water ingressions, up to ten Oilite
Bearings,
two Sealed Ball
Bearings
and two Needle Bearings to reduce friction and increase longevity and
maintenance free
performance. Driven by a 24
Volt 1.8 Amps
Bosch Class 50 Motor with isolated earth for proven
reliability.
