This system uses a Pneumatic rotary motor which produces a torque of 80-110 Nm.@ 4bar.Maximum allowable end thrust with 0 overhungload
3545 lbs. (1593.3 kg)@ 10rpm to2134 lbs (960.3 kg) @ 50 rpm. Maximum overhung load on output shaft with 0 end thrust 1601 lbs (720.5 kg).
The system incorporates an air regulator, gauge, filter and speed control valve. The main feature of this wiper system is the non reliance of any
electrical input, this wiper uses only air to operate and control. Our Twin Drive Transfer box consists of Mild Steel 5mm Box Section Powder
Coated to:-British Engineering Standard 005 Section 22, 2 x Inspection Panels (Low Density Polyethylene), 2 x 10mm Ball Bearing (Sealed), 2
x 10mm Needle Bearings.12 x Oilite Bushes, 4 x G Seal Seals (Water Proof Seals), Twin Parallel Drive Shafts 12 mm Diameter 316 Stainless
Steel. Distance between shafts 60mm. M20 x 1mm pitch 316 Stainless Steel Threaded Spindles (Length dependant on Bulkhead thickness and
any interfering protrusion) and 2 x External Water Seals.
